Harvest Chicken Salad

Serves 3-4: Makes 3-4 sandwiches (you supply your favorite bread) or enjoy as a dip.

One pound of hormone-free, breast meat chicken tossed with sour cream, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, celery & pecans. 

If enjoyed on it's own, the harvest chicken salad is best served with our herbed pita toasts.
